No one called. I emailed no one responded. Service is poor.

i couldn't submit without clicking one of the stars, however, no one from UCC contacted me about my concerns or queries, I made the appointment and to date have not received a call. So my rating would be unacceptable.

I waited and did not receive a call.

My call came an hour early, I was promised a call back at the appointed time. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting. I'm not upset but I do hope to get an option to reschedule.

Update... I'm still waiting on a call back.

She was excellent, and truly aided me in clarifying my concerns and queries and helped to push my application to the correct personnel. She was really reassuring and answered any question I had efficiently and straightforwardly.
