This was my first time there. I've had waxing done on my face before and this was by far the most pleasant one. Neely was extremely careful and it was not painful, even with my very sensitive skin. The redness was gone within a half hour. Will definitely be back!

Ok, the Brazilian Wax: Wow! I can honestly say that I was dreading this part but I kid you not...Neely is a professional at best! Lol. I did not cringe as I expected and she talked with me through the entire process to keep my mind off of the pain. Yeah, it worked!

A little pain was felt on my legs but that is only because I am super sensitive. However, Neely was very quick and efficient. With that being said, I can endure a few quick bursts of pain for such great results!

This was my second wax and it was less painful than the first that I had at another business.

Lori was amazing. Allowed a companion or significant other to sit with you and talked with both of us to distract me from the slight discomfort of a Brazilian wax. Very quick and uses hard wax for 99% of the service which makes the experience so much more painless. Cannot wait to go back!
