This is a long due review. I can't express how satisfied I am with this RMT Thai massage I just had from this amazing therapist. It was absolutely incredible. I've been going to her for a while now, and each time she manages to exceed my expectations.

The ambiance in the spa was calming as always. They have a really great playlist of soothing music.

Speaking of ON, she has an unparalleled ability to find all the knots and tension in the muscles, and by the end of the session, I feel like a completely new person floating in air. Besides having a busy schedule she has great patience to understand your pain and areas of concerns.

It's not just a physical relief; it's like a mental and emotional reset as well. A worthy holistic experience.

Mary is absolutely incredible with her work. She has an extensive knowledge about the muscles, nerves and techniques to help ease your pain. She goes out of her way to explain some exercises that you can do at home to make sure your mind and body are functioning in synergy. I would highly recommend booking a session with her.

I wished I came to William earlier or discovered his practice. My back, shoulder, and general body really felt rejuvenated. This technique is really good, I had amazing sleep in weeks after stressful weeks at work and poor sleep. Professional, polite and a great RMT. I tried so many RMTs and massage places. They werent able to really stretch my body or apply well enough to relief me of back pain especially. Thanks William, great work!

My first time coming here was getting a Thai massage for an hour. I really enjoyed the ambivalence. I had no idea what to expect for my appointment but the receptionist prepared me a bit by letting me know I would probably feel some pain due to the use of elbows, knees, and feet, etc. during the massage. I was started off with a gentle foot massage for the first 15 minutes before moving to the actual massage for the remainder of the 45 minutes. The entire atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing and the massage therapist really encouraged me to relax and would ask if I was ok at different intervals during the treatment, which was appreciated. The overall experience was good. The only thing I would do differently next time is be more vocal about being massaged evenly on both sides of the body. At some point during the massage, I felt there was too much emphasis on the left side of the body, which, I think, made the experience a bit more painful than necessary as the same areas kept getting 'hit' over and over again. I thought, at any moment, the same treatment would be switched over to the right side of the body. However, it was only towards the end that the treatment was repeated on the right side of the body, but less time and less energy was spent there. However, I don't want to say this is the massage therapist's fault because when he initially asked what areas I wanted to work on, I made a general gesture of pointing to my left side, but said, 'Everywhere' so that was probably where the miscommunication happened. Overall, I felt he did a great job and he put a lot of work into the one hour session. I would just suggest evenly massaging both sides of the body with equal amounts of time and pressure for next time. Once again, this was likely a miscommunication on my part and not the massage therapist's error. :)

I had my first acupuncture with massage therapy experience today with William Kim and it was amazing! William is highly knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. He was able to quickly identify all the main issues I was having with my neck and shoulders and decided that cupping would be the best option to start with for me in fixing them. He kept me informed of each treatment I was receiving the whole time and what needed to be done and what he would do. While he was efficient with the time, I never felt the quality of the treatment was lacking. I felt this was a very well-worthy 1-hour experience and I walked away knowing so much more about my neck and shoulder issues and the corrections needed to be fixed, including the rest of my body, and the follow-up treatments I will likely come back for. This is the second time I've visited this place. The staff here (everyone from the receptionist to the massage therapists to William, etc.) are all very honest and hard-working and pleasant. I've noticed that when I book a 1-hour appointment, I truly do get my full hour (even if I spend the first 10 minutes filling out paperwork, they will make for it, unlike other places). Would highly recommend coming here.

Just wanted to provide an update for the next day: I am in no pain at all and my neck and shoulder muscles feel SOOO much better! Thank you, William! You are a master at what you do.

If this is the young man who worked my session, he needs more training. He rarely hit the pressure points, and was massaging bone 50% of the time. I felt slight bruising for couple days. And as a courtesy as other therapists have, cover the parts of my body that is not being worked on with a sheet (and it's pretty cold if you are lying there 1/2 dressed) I kept hoping it would get better, but gave up with 20-30 min to go.

Third time doing Thai massage. I choose the same person from my previous massage. It went well and I would recommend it to anyone.

Second time trying out Thai massage. The style is a bit different from the first as it is a different person but it was even better.

First time trying out Thai massage. It is painful during the massage but very relaxing after and pain goes away as time go by.

The massage was really nice and relieved a lot of my back pain issues.

I wasn't satisfied with my last massage. The lady didn't relieve a lot of the aches I had and the last motion by the therapist was to "karate chop" my forehead, which was very unexpected and uncomfortable.

The massage was very nice, a unique experience combining the Thai elements with it. She alleviated a lot of muscle pain I had due to stress.
