Had an Appointment for 11.15 am today at the 1 Beaumont St, Freemans Bay, I waited for 45 mins no one showed up, only to be told by the guys who share the office that they only come there thurs and Fri, as I had to take time from work and I work in Glen innes I lost about 2 hours, can my appoint be reset as it's an urgent matter.

Your service was prompt and very accomodating , I received the documents the next day, thumbs up for that, keep up the good work.

Tip or advise, if you bring a photocopy of ID or any documents make it more than one copy and impt the courier plastic envelope at NZ post the A4 size not the small size.. from AKLD DC

I came to your office last June, 2019 for the NBI finger printing.

I sent the NBI finger printing to my sister in Manila and she brought it in NBI taft , Manila.

Unfortunately, NBI Taft did not released my NBI clearance for the reason that the finger printing we have done last June, 2019 in your office is not clear and appropriate.

Do I need to come back to your office to do the finger printing again? Need to pay again? If I will do that it will cost another money for me to pay for the courier to the Philippines.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.
