Cancelled this appointment because I heard that there will be a mobile consular service in Auckland. When the schedule was released, in less than 30 minutes the slots were all taken and did not manage to book an appointment for myself. Haiyah! Now have to try to walk-in if this is allowed, balik na naman ako sa Republic ng Pila >*( I do hope the embassy extend their consular mobile services and open more slots considering the slots were all taken in less than an hour of the schedule being posted.
There was no priority for the new born and no proper information given, the slots given were not followed even we arrived so early. They still followed whoever they want to process. Officers are rude.
The Passport Officer was rude and the services is far way the expectation and not properly organized!

I feel very bad. Hindi po na accommodate yung dalawang minor kong anak. Ang hirap mag book online ako lng yung ng nka pasok sa booking online kasi ang traffic po. Ng ask ako kung puede isama nalang yung anak ko kasi galing kming Rotorua tapos mg mgtaatrabaho pa po kmi next morning. Nakaka frustrating talaga until now masama yung pakiramdam ko. Nag mamakaawa ako pero useless din. Pero my pinapasok sila ibang tao na wala appointment wala sila mga pangalan sana makuha ko para mapangalanan.

Hi, is there a way to do walk in anytime next week please as my passport has already expired. I was not able to renew it in Taupo last April due to lockdown. Your reply would be highly appreciated thank you!
Came in 15 minutes earlier and staff still accommodated me. They were very competent and fast.

Was fast and on time for my appointment, was very helpful, and entertained my questions.
When my family and I arrived, the staff at the reception were polite and courteous. But, the old guy who operates the camera is not very patient with children. Looks like he wasn't trained on giving quality customer service.
Aside from that, the other staff are VERY PICKY on who to serve properly. Just take the case of my wife who forgot the zip code of her employer's address. When the lady staff checked her form on the courier signature required plastic envelope, she noticed that it was missing. My wife asked the staff to help her search it in the internet. In Tagalog terms, "Nagdalawang isip pa kung tutulungan!!! Nagkakatinginan pa sila kung dapat bang tulungan!!!" If my wife didn't work for a high profile NZ government agency, they will not easily help her.
I also advise the staff there to STOP SHAMING APPLICANTS who are still struggling with their process. Please observe empathy to them and please just help us!
It is also disheartening to know that they still use MANUAL procedures! Not sure where my TAXES went because were approaching year 2020 and we still use paper forms for filling out my voter and passport information. It's really ridiculous for applicants to proofread whatever the encoder types in the computer!
I hope the embassy revisit all their processes and make it more automated. It might save them more money. Well, I thought CHANGE IS COMING and its not yet happening.
WORST EXPERIENCE! DISAPPOINTING! UNPROFESSIONAL!
I had a confirmed appointment on February 18, 2018 - Sunday - 5:30pm for my NBI fingerprint clearance. I arrive at the venue at 4:30pm only to be informed that they cannot take my NBI due to the fact that they ran out of NBI forms from all the walk-in applicants that came.
San ka nakakita na may scheduled appointment yung tao tapos hindi ka i-ppriority. Nakaka-disappoint and super frustrating dahil nag sayang lng ako ng oras and pamasahe!
Suggestion ko lng... Next have a printer and a copy of all the forms we need so that lagi kayo may stock or wag na kyo mag entertain ng mga walk-ins dahil kami mga nag pa schedule ang kawawa pag na ubusan kami ng forms. Yun tuloy ma abala pa yung family ko sa pinas dahil sa inyo.
My transaction for Passport renewal was fast and easy(for people who got the slots for an appointment)! but hope that there could be a separate line for walk-ins. Mejo naawa ako sa mga kababayan natin na pumunta ng maaga, at hindi priority yung pagprocess ng appplication nila since wala silang appointment(or naubusan). Good Work!
