Barber Marcus never showed up for appointment. Waited 1 hour and still a no show. A simple apology would have been sufficient. Will not be bookin with this barber again in the future. Drove almost 50 miles and still did not get a haircut. Very unprofessional. If the date and time was not available then it shouldn’t have been available to book. You told me that you were 20 minutes away and I waited more than enough time for you to get there. Communication is key and like I said, no apology was given.

This customer booked an appointment on a off day . Explained to him Sunday and Mondays are my off days even tried to come in after class to accommodate him
