Having been away from the Acute Care Environment for at least 10 years it can be stressful to an experienced nurse who has functioned in many Administrative roles that have impacted on Policy Change in government and private environments. Knowing how serious the role of caregiver is and the accountability with the task in proper assessment and treatment weighs heavily when the intensity of service demands for an ever changing severity of illness, this course prepares you. Rodney has designed the online tools to allow not only preparation for the comfortable 8 hours in class structure but also as a resource daily. The ebooks from AHA could use some technical fine tuning in downloading to the Microsoft Environment, e.g. Surface Tablet, Windows Phone. I was extremely satisfied with this one day course.

This course was outstanding. I was able to easily schedule to take this course on short notice. The classroom environment was completely stress-free compared to other American Heart Association courses I had to take at my hospital. The instructor Rodney, kept the class interesting and stress free. I completely relaxed when I took the certification exam and passed easily. I feel comfortable taking the skills, I learned in this class and applying at my job. I would definitely want to re-certify with CMR again. If you are on the fence about taking the class, you should definitely take the class. Rodney was very easy to get a hold of through email or phone to schedule the class.

Rodney was a great instructor. We covered a TON of material and it was all explained in depth and in a manner which made it very easy to understand.
