Very fast and very friendly. In the past the personnel working at the former consulate were rude and where very unfriendly. Very nice improvement. Also same day visa with a few minutes waits us wonderfull

I was able to get my appointment moved because I had to, and pretty much all of the staff were very kind! Parking was much easier to find than expected (tip: take the city lots, not the much more expensive valet) and the process (visa) was quick.

Leave with plenty of time to get there! I can basically guarantee if you haven't driven in Miami before it is MUCH worse than you think.

Every bit of my experience with the Brazilian Consulate in Miami was positive. I went there with my friend, to get her visa. A few weeks later I went again, to get my own visa to help her travel. everyone we came into contact with was so very nice, and helpful, making my excitement about my upcoming visit to Brazil even more exciting!

The only concern I would have is the difficulty getting an appointment because of the application process.

O oficial nao quis ajudar muito. Nao me explicou exatamente o que eu precisava, foi grosso e tive que marcar outro apontamento.

I had a good experience in the Consulate in Miami. Courteous and very helpful.
However my experience with with the electronic visa was awful and very costly. I follow the instructions, filled the questions, paid the fee as requested, dowloaded the pictures and never heard from them anymore. They took one hundred dollars from me and I never heard from them anymore. I don't think that the Embassy or the Consulate should do deals with these people. I was warned before but decided to try and that cost me . So I had to take the trip to Miami to get the visa.
The consulate/embassy should be able to obtain a more reliable third party to help with the EVISA. All applicants should be treated as I was at the consulate. Thanks.

There are no indications where to enter the building according to service requested. Once you finally find the door, even though you may have a scheduled appointment, you still need to stay in line to grab a number. Staff are very narrow sighted and unwilling to help. In addition, they seem to have very little knowledge on matters...the same information changes from the start to the end of the meeting. They don't even accept information provided by the consulate's website.

Embora tenha sido rápido o procedimento dentro do consulado,a questão da demora de 2 a 3 meses de espera para conseguir uma agendamento,é vergonhoso e frustrante...

O CPF estava suspenso e tenho 70 anos, nao tenho titulo de eleitor e por lei nao sou mais obrigado a votar. O titulo nao foi feito pq me disseram que nao sou obrigado a votar mas sou obrigado ater o titulo em dia para regularizar meu CPF. Isso foi dito pela primeira atendente, a segunda disse que preenche errado, mandou que eu fosse ate o computador e fizesse novo cadastro( o que tb nao deu certo) a tereceira disse que eu precisava regularizar o meu passaporte, para poder fazer o titulo e depois fazer o CPF. Bom, tire por favor suas proprias conclusoes.

Fui muito bem atendida, com cortesia, profissionalismo e no horário correto. O único problema que encontrei foi a dificuldade para agendar um horário.
