Leslie was super nice and made me feel comfortable and experienced although I was a first timer . She was very informative when I asked questions and worked in a timely manner with such a sweet and easy going personality it was as if I was a regular client ! Highly recommend. Leslie is an eyebrow expert!!! I'm very cautious and have ridiculously high standards when it comes to my eyebrows. After many years of waxing disasters and over-plucked eyebrows, I was terrified to let anybody touch them.

I found Leslie 5 years ago and was so impressed by her skills. She knows how to respect the natural shape of the eyebrows, never ever over-plucks and does a perfect job every time. She is also patient, kind and provides unparalleled customer service!

I moved to southern Maryland 2 years ago and travel to DC exclusively to see Leslie. She is just the best!!

I don’t usually write reviews but in my search for someone to do my brows I realize I have nothing to go off except someone’s reference/review. This was my second time having Nilou do my brows. The first time I was getting a bikini wax and I noticed her brows were a beautiful shape and thick. I was telling her how particular I am about my brows and that I don’t trust many people but haven’t found anyone here in DC yet because The person I went to before didnt do a great job. I told her exactly what I wanted and we talked it out and I let her do them. Thy turned out so nice. This time, my second time to her, she literally waxed off of my brow!!!!!! She did it so fast which was my first indication that I felt like something might be wrong. I looked in the mirror and immediately almost died!!!!! She said no we are shaping them. THEY DONT NEED SHAPING!!!! They have a shape!! And she had completely ruined it. My brows aren’t thick towards the tail and she literally waxed all those hairs off. So now it’s a thick heavy front part and that’s it. There’s literally nothing past where the arch would be. I am sick to my stomach that is why I’m writing this. I left in tears. Leslie, maybe the manager, was very kind and sweet but obviously nothing she can do at this point.Image-1.jpg

Yelena did a nice job with my facial but said she couldn't "finish" in the time allotted for my appointment so the price kept changing. I am not familiar with that. I've had many facials in the past and when I book a facial I've never been told they couldn't finish. That shouldn't be how it is advertised if you can't finish what I booked in that amount of time or you go over the time and provide what was paid for but I am not charged for it. The only time the price has changed is if they've asked me if I want to purchase an "add on" to the facial. I found this to be very frustrating and unclear when getting my facial and when cashing out. I want to come in for the facial I booked, receive the treatment I booked in the time it was supposed to be. Would I go back again? Probably not.

It didnt hurt as much as I imagined. I loved the smoothness after the wax. My one complaint was the bikini line was not straight. Otherwise, Im returning to maintain forever.

Gel manicure lasted almost a month

I pride myself on healthy nails, so I get regular Manicures most of the time even though they only last a few days. This time I got a dipping powder manicure and it was just want I needed before vacation, my nails looked like I had just gotten them done even after 2 weeks. This is how I know they looked great, my boyfriend (who does not pay attention to these things) commented about them, haha :). Thanks Andy!
