I like to shop and pick up from this place always because I find what I need in the cheapest price I can get them. Recently, I was surprised to an open pick up schedule on 25th being a Christmas holiday but also was happy that I was free to pick the items that I bought. I drove about 100 miles in a round trip to find out that the business was closed. I had the confirmation email to pick up with scheduled date and time. I would expect to update the scheduler calendar to match the Holidays. Thank you!

Waited 2 hours in hot sun, had to leave due to heat exhaustion. Why have appt's? Short staffed, excuse was people were on lunch break. Had 17 items to pick up, they did not have the items ready at appt time. VERY VERY unorganized. Oh by the way, no rest rooms for customers.
waited over 2 hours for my items, more than 9 items were "not found" I drive over 2 hours one way to get this stuff so I inspect it on site (unless assembly is required) so I can immediately return any damaged or misrepresented items. About 30 mins after I got my order an employee came out saying I had to leave. All but 2 employees had left before I even got my order. Lots of people were very mad and the entire thing was terribly unorganized. Why are appointments necessary if they are not picking orders the night prior. Everything should be picked and palletized in order of appointment time the night before so they all they have to do is grab your pallet and bring it out when you get there. The current system has you waiting minimum 30 mins for paperwork then 1-3 hours for your items. They don't even look for your items until you get there which goes against the 24 hour in advance cancellation reasons they claim. I see a lot of people with the same experience. Its very very hot there no shade, no grass no place to wait but in your vehicle which if you want to be cool must be running and that's a huge waste of gas to let it run for 2 hours. No restroom or vending machine for a beverage. Definitely needs improvement and obviously they need a better tracking system if they "cant find" so many items.

the main problem i have is tadds rule for pickup, requiring a pickup within seven days & they have so many pickups that there is no times left available within 7 days, This is the second time i have scheduled 10 days out. I have to drive 80 miles & cant come three times a week as the locals can. In one of their emails they reminded me that I have seven days to pick up. If you cant gaurentee a time available.. Not eveyone is unemployed or available for the time slots you select, We work for a living, I guess if it cant work then I will Go elsewhere, thanks Will see you next Wed.
We were a little early because we didn't know if it might be hard to find the place but we got the product in about 30 minutes. There were two couples ahead of us so the time was what I would expect at any store pick up. The man that loaded it for us was very nice and accommodating. I just bought another mattress from them and hope everything goes as smoothly when I go to get this order.

Waited over two hours to get my stuff, then I was told I couldn't get one of the items without making another appointment. I would not have been upset if they had just explained that to me right from the start. Instead, they made me wait more that 2 hours while they were looking for an order that I had picked up in the past! Any wonder why they couldn't find my items on the shelf? They had no idea what the heck they were even looking for! Didn't help matters that they were experimenting with a new system and on one of the hottest days of the summer. Well over 100 degrees heat index! Would have been really nice if they offered some kind of refreshment or even a beverage machine. I was not the only person waiting on items. I arrived at 11:45 and one gentleman had been waiting since 7:30 and another had been there since 9:00. Although the deals for the items were good, the customer service is very lacking. Although I have had good experiences there in the past, this experience was absolutely horrible! Very unprofessional way to conduct business! A Porta potty would be nice as well if they are going to make you wait so long.
Picked up several items and the service was fast and efficient.
Waited for more than an hour for pick-up on this date. The reservation system needs to be revisited.
Stood in the waiting line to get processed for 30 minutes before I left. There were still 3 people in front of me in line. There were at least 3 vehicles in the lot waiting for delivery from the warehouse. I spoke with two of them and they both had been waiting for more than 60 minutes. Why allow for an appointment system when it does not appear to be working at all.
Love the deals but hate the hassle of having to wait for pick-up.

I have pickups often. I have always experienced fine service and short wait times. I think they do a great job.

I've been picking up things occasionally for years at Tadd Wholesale. Been there in the heat, the cold, and the rain and the staff are always working hard and very busy, but they have always been very nice and always made sure everything was right.
The guy in office very bents over backwards make sure you get your stuff .hard find people like that now days , give them 10 plus
