From loosening up tight muscles, preventing injury, improving metabolic function, lowering cortisol levels - getting a monthly or bi-weekly massage is a must!! I am personally very active and am currently training for a Spartan (Obstacle Course Sprint)and rely on Erica to keep my body balanced. My performance, flexibility and recovery has sky-rocketed. It also helps me keep my cortisol in check which helps with being able to maintain my body composition for my career and overall well-being. Also Erica is one of the best masseuses I’ve ever had, and I will not go to anyone else in the area. She is worth every penny and more!! Sierra is the best!!
