We truly enjoyed our High Tea experience at the Schuster Mansion. The ambiance of the mansion and attention to detail were impressive. The narrative on High Tea customs of Victorian times, Language of the Fan and the Etiquette of the Ballroom were also interesting, but could be shortened a bit. We appreciated your accommodating our gluten free diets, but the scones need a bit more work and open face sandwiches would be our preference next time. Great to know of the wine pairing dinner and other events that you offer. Looking forward to our next visit.

Glad to hear you enjoyed your time during High Tea. Gluten Free menu is very tricky. We know we are not going to make everyone happy. As far as the narration what would you suggest that we take out? Looking forward to your input because many people come to hear our stories and history. That is what makes us unique.
