PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST REGISTER THE FIRST TIME YOU USE THE SYSTEM. USE YOUR BUTLER EMAIL ADDRESS AND CREATE A PASSWORD (NOT YOUR BU PASSWORD) Irwin Library has multiple group and individual rooms that you can reserve in advance. To reserve a room, select the orange "schedule now" button and log in. Pick a room to view available time slots, select a time and follow the instructions. You will then see a confirmation page and you may click the link on the bottom right to add additional time slots. Please note that Study Rooms may not be booked for longer than four hours each day. Reservations made for longer than four hours will be deleted. Additionally, room keys not checked out within 15 minutes of a reservation start time may result in cancellation at the discretion of library staff. If the rooms are all reserved and you need a study space, please contact the Information Commons Desk (940-9227). Staff may be able to locate additional study space in the library.
