Feel like I am not getting much different form appointments. Will take a break until February to try to put in to effect the actions Andrea and I have discussed and that I need to do!

Clear and precise direction though the intake. She seemed to know the right questions to keep the flow calming and not over barring. You leave with a feeling of trust and calm in knowing the direction and flow your signing up for.
