My appointment with Kimberly was top notch. I couldn't have asked for a more informative and knowledgeable debrief. I would not have known how to interpret the results without the consultation and was able to take a deep breath knowing that she could answer my questions and concerns. I wish all medical personnel would take the time that Kimberly did to convey test results. It put my mind to ease that the next steps I needed to take were the correct ones.

Hi. The whole process and procedure was easy and informative. I think this could be a powerful test. My husband seems to think it is geared toward women. I think the consultation after the test to review the results should be 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes.

Fantastic alternative. My second time of a full body scan. Everyone is very nice and the consultation is very well explained. If there is any further information needed you can ask your doctor to do a ultrasound on that area. I will be back and in the summer I will bring my adult daughter.

As someone who wants the best for their health and knowing mammograms are not an option for me due to the exposure to radiation I chose this route and was so happy I did. The staff was so very nice and explained every question I had and I never felt rushed or dismissed if I had more questions. Sharing this option with family and friends is a blessing to all our health. (BTW I request a pat down at the airport too:))

Thanks Angela. The problem with getting the report first is that patients freak out when they see NORMAL red and think they have cancer throughout their body. We used to do it that way, but it was a disaster

The technician at the physical appointment was very personable and professional. The doctor on the phone consult explained things well and made me feel very comfortable. He answered all of my questions and did not make me feel rushed.

I was told there was an area of concern and instructed to check again in 6 months. I felt like a bomb was dropped with no course of information or action. I fell apart at work & cried all day not know how to proceed.

It was a very positive experience.

Initially, no comparison was made to 2 previous breast thermograms from previous years. Dr. was unaware that I had 2 previous thermograms. So we rescheduled phone appointment which were canged a fewq times by BTI. Dr. said he called on 4/30, but I did not receive the call. Perhaps I was driving when he called, but there was no indication that a call came in and no message. The appointment on May 7 was satisfactory, but other issues get an F from me, so I have to say overall it was bad.

I liked this service very much. The doctor didn't waste time. He went over all the necessary points in a clear professional way and I learned a lot from our conversation. Information was concise and well presented by the Doctor.

It would have been good to get the report sooner to formulate questions. 5 minutes go by quickly and the report is complex.

Dr Piana's (hope I've spelled that correctly)feedback was very helpful and encouraging. I will schedule thermograms more frequently in the future.They are quick,harmless, and informative. And for me, this reduces anxiety.

I like the ability to both read the report and speak with a doctor. Would have liked to see the color image as well.

I appreciated Dr. Piana's holistic and specific suggestions for steps I can take to address some of the concerns evidenced in my report.
